The challenge...

Developing a new brand for a baggage business like RITRIVA comes with the challenge of balancing clarity, trust, and efficiency in a space where customers are often stressed or time-pressured.

The RITRIVA brand needed to communicate reliability and reassurance at a glance, while clearly differentiating itself within a category that is often perceived as operational and transactional. This required a visual identity and tone of voice that are simple, confident, and universally understood across airports, airlines, and global audiences. The system was designed to be highly flexible, performing consistently across digital tools, service communications, signage, and customer touchpoints. At its core, the approach balances calm, clarity, and professionalism, supporting a seamless experience during moments that can otherwise feel complex or high-pressure.
